Finca of 34 ha of land with two country houses, one in good condition of smaller size and the other larger, but with roof partly fallen down.

The land is mostly planted with olive and carob trees, and has flat areas for sowing. It is situated on the lower part of a gently sloping mountainside with large flat areas.

Both houses have well water and mains electricity, and next to each of the buildings there is a pool.

The smaller cortijo house is in use and has a vegetable garden and chicken coop. It is 127 square metres in size, the roof is in good condition and it is distributed as a single long block which is divided into several adjoining but connected parts: a store room, a bedroom, a living room with an adjoining room and a kitchen with a stone oven, all leading to an outside paved patio with a barbecue area.

The other Cortijo, the larger one, of about 190 square metres, has two floors, part of the roof is fine and part has fallen down, it is to be reformed as a whole.

The property has four different entrances, two of them by tarmac road and the other two by dirt track.

It borders on the lower part with a stream and is situated about 5 minutes from the village in a quiet area with no neighbours nearby and in the middle of nature.
