The farmhouse has a total area of ​​almost 250 m² distributed over two floors. It is an old farmhouse with a repaired roof, but it is preserved in its original state, making it an ideal space for renovation while maintaining its original character. Currently, it is divided into a living area, an old kitchen area with an original wood-fired oven, and a storage area.

The barn, a single-story structure with a height of approximately 5 meters, has an area of ​​about 800 m², with several entrances and various interior compartments, as well as some separate stables.
