To formalize the purchase, a Reservation Contract is signed, and only €10,000 is payable. No further payments are due until construction begins (initially scheduled for mid-2026, subject to obtaining the necessary permits). At the start of construction, a Purchase-Sale Contract would be signed, in which 10% of the price is paid (minus the first 10,000 euros contributed), with a second 10% to be paid during construction, and a final 80% upon delivery of the property.
